An absolute must (if you want to save your back, your hands and your butt!) is a good exercise mat. This one is antimicrobial. Sweet!

Super cool, pink 8lb or 5lb dumbbells that have a flat side for doing those beautiful rows while holding plank.

Great set of resistance bands for those days when dumbbells are just dumb.
